In the year 2000, a committee was formed by a number of local people with the aim of renovating Rathangan Hall which had fallen into a state of disrepair. This committee set about refurbishing the Hall with the aid of grants from various bodies.
These people transformed the hall into the valuable community asset that we have today.
Rathangan Hall is located adjacent to St. Anne’s GAA pitch, 100 metres from the local national school and church.
The hall provides a host of services to the local community including hall rental for parties, rental of tables and chairs, photocopying and IT services in our office, classes and school and drama events and more.
Here at the hall, we are always delighted to see new faces, and old ones alike.
